At the super billiards expo everyone was given a card with a individual ID that was to be used to generate a player rating. The website quoted on the card is

The expo is almost a month past and no updated info.
I was wondering if anyone in the know has any info on this?
What events will the rating include? Are regional tours included? What is a algorithm for rating?
I think it would be a great asset to have this infomation gathered and recorded for use in determining levels for tournament entry rather than the directors having to guess based on personal knowledge. I know plenty will oppose this saying it is complete knocking of every player, but you cant have one without the other.
