Professional table install and questions

My brother in law bought a used Legacy 8’ table. He had friends help him move it upstairs and do a basic install until he could get the local dealer to properly level the table and install new Simonis cloth. I’m posting some pics of the corners where you can see the slice marks in cloth.

The installers never use stretch marks, however the cloth grain looks to be straight. You can look inside every pocket and see where they sliced the cloth before wrapping it around the slate. The table seems to not roll off so that’s good but, OMG does the table bank long. It’s not to bad on one rail banks but shooting the CB from a corner to the third diamond the CB hit about the middle of the short rail. Is this because the cloth is new, funky rails, or something else. The corner angle is 146 degrees and it spits out a few balls. Two balls won’t drop in the pocket but the point to point distance is about 5”.

How would you rate the installation/installers and Legacy tables?

Thanks

Something looks lopsided in that view from the top with the balls out by the points, it looks like the shelf is bigger on the left side of the pocket vs the right side. The re-cover job doesn't look bad to me but what do I know?? I would have liked to seen the "cuffs" that RKC utilizes in the pockets done on this install.
