Putting taper on shaft...

I recently bought a Dufferin Sneaky Pete and the shaft is too fat for my liking. Anyone out there that can taper it down for me? If so, how much and PM the address (or post it here).

Between Macon and Augusta, Georgia. I'm about an hour from Augusta and about 3 hours from Atlanta.

I don't mind mailing this shaft to anywhere in the US. The last one I mailed cost about $2 to mail.
