Quality Cues - A Seller That Delivers!!

I just acquired a very nice level 8 Phillippi cue from forum member Mike Gartland d/b/a "Quality Cues". Mike is a very honest and knowledgeable guy. He answered all my questions promptly and provided tremendous help for me to pick my cue. I am very happy about the cue I got as well as the service Mike provided. Mike really went over and beyond what a seller can do.

Mike also priced his cues right. Unlike many sellers who sell cues here for profit, Mike basically let you have his cues for what he paid for. This is more like a hobby to him rather than a business.

I also think Mike's a good guy to deal with. I've sold him a cue and I bought one from him. The cue I bought from Mike was 59" long and I over looked that fact until after I received the cue. When I realized the cue wasn't 58" long I called Mike and told him that I didn't want a 59" cue and he gladly took the cue back and refunded my money with no questions asked. He sells his cues for fair prices IMO.

Yeap !!! I bought two high end cues from him I could have turned for a nice proffit the day I got them . Mike is one of the good guys !! Still waiting for him to get his web site up and running ........If you want some eye candy e-mail him for pic's of what ever his has on hand today . I think you might be suprized !! Bill
