Question about Diamond Tables-Moved from Venue to Venue

I know event like the BCA, and DCC use Diamond Brand Tables, so I am curious if the Tables are Recovered with NEW CLOTH for each VENUE, or if they are Moved with the Cloth in place. If they are moved, and the cloth is used over and over, it is STRETCHED as Part of the Set Up at each VENUE?

The cloth isn't replaced everytime. The tables are sold off after events and only use once or twice. Cloth is only replaced as needed and never restretched.
