Question about my Pechauer

I was trying to find the model number for my cue today. I found this cue that is "one of a kind" and my cue looks just like. I am sure I am just missing something here. Any info would be appreciated.

I would agree with you except the design at the bottom of the butt of the cue is a little different from what I can see. His look smaller. I don't want to accuse people of stuff unless I know for sure, which I don't.
