I picked up a 40 year old brunswick 9 ft. the problem im having is the balls roll toward the center on both sides and both ends. this is not my first table to set up but have never came across this before. I leveled the base first then put on the slates,(3 piece with pins ) , but the previous owner had beefed up the frame when he had it, he ran a 2/6 full length the table. I looked under the table and the brace is not touching the center, the slates rest on the sides and ends of the frame. just trying to figure out what i will need to do to get it level, its not off much but enough to bug me.
thanks for any help gary

You'll probably have to shim the center and then crank on the slate screws to offset . Get a 5' straight edge and lay across the slate joints and adjust till there is no gap or light underneath anywhere , both sides . That's about as good as your going to get with the slate , the rest will have to be done shimming the feet . Good luck with your table ...;)
