Question for the Pro,s

At one time or another all pool players where pretty much in the same
boat.I think some people have more natural ability than others,so they
learn faster.My question is what was the one thing or maybe more than
one thing that made realize that you could play with the best?

Once i ran out for the first time, i knew then i could run out over and over again... Then i took it to amatuer tournament play and won... so i knew i could win again and again.... I have not won any pro tourneys yet but i know i can play with them as long as i can get in the ring with them from time to time which is on my agenda for 2009.... thanks to the Great Southern Billiard Tour i will get my chance to take it to the next level....
