It's essentially Bert Kinister's "Shot #1," except Bert's objective is to exactly replace the OB with the CB.

There aren t many shots that Bert didn t show in the last 20-25 years ^^. If it s about interesting and helpful drills, Bert is the man. He developed really strong stuff over the last decades.
