Question on new Moori tips

I just yesterday installed a new Moori "Medium" & a Moori "Soft" 11 layer laminated tips. I find the medium seems harder than the previous tip I was using which was a Chandivert "Match" tip, and the soft Moori is almost as hard as the medium Moori. Do new tips soften up after you use them awhile? Or, did I spend excessive cash for Moori and not get what I thought I would get? Any opinions??? Rich

They get harder as they get smaller.

On the new morri 3 tips, I do cue repair and have found the tips play as follows the "fast"or hard is real hard the medium is hard and the"slow"or soft plays like a medium. I play with the soft and really like it.Hope this helps

The Moori III tips are definitely harder than the prior versions.
