In the cues for sale/wanted Forum what do the terms "Test hit only" and "slight taper wobble or role" mean?

Test hit only means that they chalked the cue and made a few shots with it to make sure that there aren't any rattles or strange thunks when you make contact.

Slight taper roll to most people means that when you roll the cue on a table you will some slight inconsitancies in the amount of space between the shaft in the taper area as it roles. But overall it rolls straight and the tip stays in contact with the table.
