Any body have a supplier for a good quick release pin & insert?
I would like something in 3/8 if there is one out there.
I am looking to put it in the bottom of some jump/break cues.
I have been using a 3/8X10 for years and I like the way it works.
But I have some players that want a quick release joint on the bottom of the butt.
I am not fond of the Uni-Lock. I have seen many of these jam up and rip out the inserts. Most likley from missuse but never the less. On the other hand I have made some good money repairing these joints. I just dont trust the joint in my cues.
