Is this Tourney open to men and women? Is the a calcutta or players auction? And what about the foul rules...is it all ball fouls or just cue fouls? is there a 3 foul rule? if so is it 3 fouls in a row? I possibly have several players that may play from the Ruston /West Monroe area. How soon do we need to be preregistered? a reply would be appreciated. we may be bringing as many as 6 or more players
