Radial Arm Saw

Any local builders need one of these? I have a 10 inch craftsman radial armsaw, and I'm trying to make space at the house. It's been sitting. I'll trade for wood, materials, tooling, etc, or sell it outright.

Just thought I'd throw this out there to anyone in or around the bay area.
