Huebler made some of their break jump joints like that with the two dots but the joint was not stainless.

The cue I'm talking about is a playing cue. I will try to get some pics of it and post them in a few days.

Chris, if you can grind radial threads, I'm all ears.

I have not tried to grind the threads for a radial pin, however the tap cuts so nice and straight I haven't needed to. If you follow the directions that come with the tap it works great.
