Radial to Uniloc Shaft Adapter Question

Does anyone have experience with shaft adapters? I have mostly Uniloc shafts, and I'd like to use a radial butt with them. Any ideas and or recommendations appreciated.

I don't use mine at all. It adds 1.5oz to the middle the cue. Throws off the balance.
