ok i just bought my 4th table for my garage/gameroom. strarted with sportking then gc2 then diamond pro.i sold the diamond last year thinking i was done with the table in the garage thing but i can not live without it.i set up and recovered all of these myself with > mediocre results but this time i am going to try and do better.i have been studying up on all of the gospel of the rkc and i will have to say he seems like "the man" and i can not wait to try and implement some of the tips and tricks i have learned from reading his and some of the others posts.anyway down to the question. i have tried double shims on a couple of them and i think i am gonna go the distance and extend the rails on this one.i am scared to attempt putting new rubber on myself so i havent yet decided whether i will try or hire someone.how easy is it to screw up the rail height and can someone recommend a brand/type of cushion and somwhere online to buy

it is a gold crown 3 i forgot to mention that but i am not asking about profile but what brand would you recommend.what would you charge just to glue on new rubber with you supplying the rubber if i had the old off and the rail extended.i will reinstall new cloth.not trying to be a nit but times sure are tough and the shipping itself will be a lot to fade.

The only two cushions that I use on Gold Crowns is either Artemis K55 or Brunswick SuperSpeed. I will PM you with the labor and Material cost.

I have used Championship tour addition and have had good luck. I would have to agree with Donnie, about Artemis. Thanks, Ron
