In 91' I was fortunate enough to be one of the referees at the world championships in Vegas. At the end of the tournament, they had a banquet and gave out trophies. There were tables set up for autographs and pictures as well......I had this cue with me and had a bunch of them sign it.....Signatures,
Earl Strickland
Eferen Reyes
Nick Varner
Mike Sigel
Pretty Boy Floyd $
Jim Rempe
Johnny Archer
Howard Vickery
Mike Lebron

I'm really trying to find as accurate as possible value for this as collector memorabilia. And could/would be for sale after that if there is interest. If anyone has any info or leads on people that could point me in the right direction, it is greatly appreciated.
Thank you...

If this is in the wrong area, I sincerely apologize

Honestly, I had no idea that something happened to him. Now that I see what it was, I wish I would have never got it.

I don't know that it changes the value of the cue any, you didn't know at the time. It's about a $250-300 Huebler without the sigs so it just depends on whether anyone sees value in those being on the cue. There's a Huebler Fan Facebook page and you could probably find some there that would be interested in it. Hope that helps.

If you're interested in selling the cue, please post specs, and an initial asking price, per forum rules. You can always adjust your asking price as necessary.
Thank you sincerely. GLWYS.

Fatboy.......It was definitely a great time.

Cueman, I don't have a number in mind. I've had it for over 30yrs, and not in a need to get rid of it. It means more to me than some of the estimates, so I will probably keep it until I find a real appraisal value. if someone wants to discuss in the DM's I'm all ears ;)

"real appraisal value" does not really exist in the collectible world, especially one not so well established. It's easy to run into pool players, even very famous ones and get signatures, you are 95% sure not going to get enough by selling it to overcome the fact that you won't have it anymore.

doubt it fetches more than a few hundred at best

I have a cue with at least a dozen signatures, Sigel, Archer, SVB, Pagulayan, Mika, Hatch, Earl, Efren, Orcullo, Rodney, Gabe Owen, Duel, Dechaine, Shaw, bunch of top guys, and was told it was a $250 item. It's more about the personal connection you have with the item and signature than the actual value of the signature that is important to many people.

A very few exceptions, if there is a full on fan of an item, that may be a good thing, I had some girl salivating over a jump cue I had signed by Alison Fisher because she was a fan of hers and was a newer player that never went to any events where she could meet her. Fats tended to use a stamp to sign things, and I think his real name signature is pretty rare and collectable. He is probably the Mantle of pool signatures hehe.

$250 for the signatures on an inexpensive imported cue seems reasonable.

Cueman..........trade for a lathe? Hmmmmmm.........
I don't think I make a lathe low enough in price to trade even for the cue. $250 for the signatures plus the value of the cue. The cue without signature should be fairly easy to find a value for.

I have one just like it, only without the signatures. Brass pin, 57" (equal split) cue hits and plays solid. I estimate the value of the one I have between $500.00 and $800.00, I do not know the blue book value, but I will probly never sell the one I have access to - as the butt is fairly straight and is all one piece.
