Reading the Brackets

Am I reading the one pocket brackets correctly? Did Scott Rabon beat Marshall Carpenter and Scott Frost? If this is true SC is being well represented with Scott being from Columbia and Stevie M. winning the bank pool tournament (he is originally from Greenville, SC)!

It is about time for a coming out for Scott if he played pool all of the time instead of goofing off for 6 months at a time and then playing pool competitively for 6 months or less, then there is no telling what he can accomplish! He has been a great under cover one pocket player for a while.
