Recommendations for 16-ball Ball Cleaner

Those machines spin the balls too fast. There's no need for the platter to spin more than 500 rpm. Faster spin = more friction = more heat = potential for ruining a ball. No thanks. High quality pool balls are expensive. It's not worth the risk, IMO.
I had one and was appalled by how fast it spun. Gave it to a friend I just didn't like it.

I will delete my post🤣

Just waiting on the table...

The CleanGleem works great. Fast, safe, quiet and won't break the bank. Hand crafted in the USA.

It looks to be spinning just as fast at the round Chinese ones which is what I didn't like about the one I tried. The balls were warm bordering on hot on the outside when it was done which didn't sit right with me.

The other thing I thought was a lack of random oscillation. The balls seemed to spin on one axis the entire time.

I could be completely wrong, but that was my impression...

I bought a pre-owned BallStar on eBay in 2002.
It is the best investment I made in pool equipmt
that has been problem free and gets used often.

We have one of those older ones in a private room with 4 tables. Bought it used from a commercial room that used it a lot. We use it EVERY time balls get used for 10 years now and it's still going strong. We've had to replace the little pad that you put the polish on a few times because the little flap that covers it for the polishing cycle eventually tears. Other than that, rock solid.
