Recondition GC's or buy new?

My question is to room owners who are having trouble with older Gold Crowns. We all know that over the years these tables see some real abuse, not just from the customers but from poor mechanics and just plain overuse. Many of these tables around the country are 25+ years old with 15 or more recoverings and 2 sets of previous cushion replacing on them. My question is as follows;

Is it worth it to the owner to recondition these tables, or wait until they are no longer repairable and buy/lease new tables?

Below is what I am refering to when I say reconditioned;
1) Frame ends reinforced
2) Rails refinished, polished or clearcoated
3) Subrail replaced for true cushion alignment, and no more eaten up wood from staples.
4) Slate honed flat, wood backing replaced or repaired to original
5) new cushions, optional subrail extensions, pocket angle and width to your specifications.
6) Corner Caps and feet polished or powdercoated
7) Side Skirts and Ball box refinished

To do this as a traveling business I would plan to swap refinished pieces for yours, then refinish yours in my shop for the next customer. I am looking for feedback from room owners around the country. I have not come up for a price on this yet, a lot has to do with how many will be requested. I look forward to all opinions on the subject. Thank you
