Red Powers Pool Tables? Anyone ever hear of these?

I ran across a Red Powers pool table. I was told it from a company in the 1970's located in Redwood City CA. I can't find a thing online about this. Has anyone ever heard of a Red Powers pool table? I attached a few pictures. This one seems to have Brunswick rails which do not fit perfectly.
