I have sent two cues back to Schon themselves now, they come back in prefect shape. Cost 300usd to get them to redo a cue in about 4 to 6 weeks. Plus they will send you put dates, pictures, as it get redone. Fully recommended....110%

Depends on your location. Justin at spot on billiards in Oakville may be willing to do it if you don’t want to ship out of Canada. Lots of cue builders you can hit up too.
