I am trying to find someone that supplies tables for a tournament. I am in need of around 10 tables for a weekend. If anyone knows who supplies them and sets them up , please let me know, thanks. I am in the Baltimore, Maryland area.

I'd either suggest hosting your tournament at an established pool hall or contacting an amusement company such as http://www.capitolamusements.com which is in Maryland.

Hey bro I dont have any idea if this is possible but id think it's certainly worth a try. Big Daddy's pool hall just recently shut down. Contact the owner Rick and he may work something cool out with you. There are multiple recent threads on AZ regarding Big Daddy's so just do a search for on of them and Ricks personal cell is on most of threads, good luck with everything!
