Repair Lathe Question

I saw this on ebay and was curious if anyone is familiar with this product? I am looking for some type of repair lathe? I used to use a mid size lathe from Hightower which worked great but I sold it when I moved back to Caliofornia as I do not have the space for that now. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.

A quick look and can see what it is. A motor a rheostat and a few crutch bumpers with a steady rest. If that is all you are really looking for you can make up something, maybe better, yourself. $225.00 is a lot of money for what they are selling. Pretty much everything could be found at a garage sale for like $5.00
 
If you search this forum and the Cue Machinery and Supplies forum using "Cowboy Lathe" you will get a lot of feedback on this device.
