Repair question.....

I recently bought a cue and there are silver rings on the shaft and in 3 places on the butt that are sticking out from the finish. I was wondering how much it would cost to smoothen everything out or what the process would be to do so. Also where to get this done? Thanks

I charge $100 for refinishing a cue.
