Replace Rails on an Olio Table

I've read a few of the threads on replacing rails but figured I would ask specifically for my table - I believe it is an Olio (9' - added pics of the table to see if someone can confirm what it is). I have a few questions that I'm sure some will be able to answer:

1) The pockets are 4.5" and I would like to keep it that way. Can I (or the installer more accurately) simply order Brunswick Superspeed or Artemis rubber and replace what is there, or would there be additional work required, or is more information required to be able to answer that?

2) One of the side rails seems to stick out more from the top than the others (pic 1) - the others are all mostly flush with the rails, but this one sticks out a bit. What is the most likely cause? Something structural or a crap install? If it could be structural, what are some possible causes that I could look for?

3) There is a hum or a buzz when I play - is that most likely a loose bolt somewhere? I'm 95% sure it is because I found one and it mostly fixed it, but just wondering if anyone thinks there might be something else to look for?

4) Just a small cosmetic issue - but anyone have any ideas how I could repair this blemish on the wood finish (pic 2) without completely refinishing the rail? I'm not sure what it is, but simple cleaning and furniture polish hasn't seemed to work (not a huge deal as it's only visible from certain angles, but since I've noticed it, might as well be a neon sign)

Thanks in advance for any help and advice any of you may be able to offer.

1. pocket size should not be affected by new rubber, but it must be replaced with the proper rubber profile, and they need to be cut at the correct angles on the ends. You'll want the same thickness facings for the ends of the rails as well.
2. This is just a high feather strip. A flat smooth block and a rubber mallet will take care of that. Installer probably forgot to check that when the cloth was last replaced.
3. Check all of the rail bolts, they should be torqued to ~15 ft. lbs.
4. Sorry, can't help on this, I'm sure someone else will chime in.

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated.

i assume that this would be a K55 profile then?
I couldn't say. You might have to take it apart to be able to tell for sure. This page might be helpful:

That's a copy of a Gold Crown 5. There are a number of Chinese co's that make these. Few of them have names on them. I think Olio's and Yalin(huge Chin. table co.) are stamped with a logo in the castings. I wouldn't worry about that finish smudge. Might try buffing it out if its that big a deal. BTW, what speakers are those on the stands? Olio pic. Look at the castings, they have a logo. https://www.billard-beckmann.de/en/...s-olio/1154/olio-pool-table-4983-mahagony-8ft

Thanks for the info - haven’t managed to find a name or logo. Incredibly solidly built table though. I was considering getting a GC6 or Diamond, but one of my more frugal buddies suggested saving about $10k (CAD) and just make this one as good as it can be. And honestly, it plays almost as good as any table I’ve played on as it is. I imagine new rubber will make it that much better.

As for the speakers - they are Edifier S2000 Pro. Amazing sounding speakers for the price. Sound great with vinyl.

There are quite a few outfits that make this GC copy. I would imagine it takes Brunswick GC profile cushions. Just have to look at them and measure to be sure.

You can probably shim under the castings to flush them out better. The pic with the high featherstrip shows the casting sticking up a bit. I'm wondering if the featherstrip was left high to compensate for that.
