Requesting info about Panama City beach pool scene

Likely to relocate late this year after 40 years in facilities’ maintenance career.
only must haves are a city with a few different pool room options.
b level player-just wanna decent place to catch an Uber and play couple 3 evenings a week.
any thoughts appreciated
57 year old single male with adult son-been in small town Kentucky my whole life
 
I visit there a couple times per year, and, unless I have missed something, bar pool is about all you will find, and playing for a few dollars or a drink.

The leagues seem to have a lot going on there, though.

I go to shooters when in town. They have several 9’ tables and some action but they smoke a lot in there.
