Thinking of buying a budget carbon fiber cue. Rhino and Linc are in Ozone with a good price. Does anyone have any experience with these cues? Thanks in advance!

I have experience with the Rhino shaft and it is a very nice shaft for what it costs.

Just interested in your opinion. I have been playing with a rhino for about six months. In what way would a predator or triple 60 carbon fiber shaft b better or different. If u have experience with them ??

I don't have any experience with the Triple 60.
I have a Revo 12.9 so it's hard to compare to the Rhino. It is a slightly better in terms of low deflection (not a night and day thing) and power (mainly to the size of the shaft).
My biggest issue with the Rhino shafts is that they all come at 21.5mm at the joint which is wider then most cues so the fit is not that great but if you buy the whole Rhino cue, that shouldn't be an issue at all.
I have 4 different CF shafts and a bunch of 314-2 shafts. I can actually rate them it terms of LD but it only really comes out in test shots with a lot of power that I never apply to regular play and I don't feel that I need to change anything with my aim with any of the CF shafts that I own.

I believe Rhino will customize the joint diameter for a small fee. I may be mistaken. Best to contact them and ask.

I have asked them about the diameter and they said that it’s 21.5mm standard on all shafts.
They didn’t mention an option of customization so I don’t think it’s available.
When I had issue with the 5/16x14 thread that didn’t screw all the way, they didn’t even offer a fix but sent me to look for a local cue smith to try and fix it… so I really doubt they offer any custom work

Wow, I bought two shafts for two different Joss cues. Fortunately mine be doing perfectly after lubricating the pin.

I bought a 5/16x14 tap bit and tapped the shaft manually, it worked and fixed the problem. If it didn’t work that would have been a waste of $200…
With this kind of customer service, I’m done with Rhino.

I actually have a good work around. If you order it off Amazon, you can return it so you can order it and see if it fits and if it doesn’t return it.
