Just FYI, as Rick Howard might not be that well known. I shoot with a cue that is almost identical to this (Bocote instead of Ebony) and it is really a great shooter, beautiful wood selection and I would recommend Rick's cues to anyone.

Also, it hits great with a Cuetec CF

Radial pin on a Rick Howard cue? Rick uses 3/8x11 pin. That is very unorthodox. Did you talk to him to see if he put that on? Or perhaps pin was replaced down the road?

Yes Radial pin, was told that it was ordered this way
It is very unusual for Rick to use radial pin. I had one with 5/16x14 and he told me that he did only 2-3 of those. But never radial pin. If it was ordered that way, you have a rare cue. You can call him you know, Rick is very approachable.

I just talked to Rick and he said that this butt was a custom order. It was for one of his customers that wanted a longer butt and requested a radial pin, it is ebony and curly maple that was stained, customer wanted both collars on the butt so his Revo would look like it had the collar on it. Rick said he normally does not use a radial but the customer wanted it. So I guess this is all original, very nice cue.
