The base wood is well aged, kiln dried PurpleHeart, and the inlayed strips are ivory in color, paper phenolic. The ODs are just over 1.3, 1.1, and .89 inches. The inlays are about 4 3/4 inch long with extra PH material at the end of the billet to grab in a chuck so as to not waste any ring material when you are close to the end. I did not bore these, just center hole on each end. You may have noticed that I used three progressive sizes of inlay strips as the diameter changes. The shaft rings are the narrowest. Makes for a better looking cue IMHO.
These billets are longer than any I have seen for sale, one should get quite a few rings from each if using one of the thin cutters sold by a fellow AZer here. Many billets are sold with half the length of the inlays, I try to make my billets economical by using more materials in the construction. You get more bang for your dollar.
I am asking SOLD !! Thanks of one of each of the three diameters. Shipping is included with this price anywhere in the continental USA, and I use USPS priority mail. Paypal please!
