For the first Ring Game at the DCC in January 2005, it looks like we have Alex, Efren, Archer, Schmidt, and Duell. Don't have deposits yet but the commitments are from reputable people.
For our December, Gulfport, Mississippi Bank Pool Ring Game, we have Tony Fargo, Jason Miller, Glen "Piggy" Rogers, and half of Truman Hogue. Again, anyone who's interested, please contact me.
My wife and I are leaving tomorrow for a week in Chicago at Edye and Bob's Midwest Expo. Then we're off to Detroit for a week, where it's going to be our extreme pleasure to help our good friend Steve Lomako start a memorial tournament in honor of Cornbread Red.

Grady, Can you give some details on the Bank Game? Fomat, buy-in etc.

It will be six players and a $3000 entry fee. They'll start at $100 a bank and end up betting $1000 a bank. The format calls for full rack, total offense bank pool. I'm thinking of allowing kicks of three or more rails to be counted as legal banks, just in case towards the end of the rack two or more balls end up hung up in a pocket.
I think this is going to be pocket billiard dynamite. I can hardly wait and wish I could play in it myself. I can't because running the tournament is quite enough.
