Just got the DZ form Jeff and it is in like new condition.
Although he and I have traded jabs on here, he even threw in a set of joint protectors.
Good deal and all was handled in an professional manner.

thanks for replying Joe! Exactly what I wanted. all WAS handled in a professional manner. we may have had a dis-agreement or two, you are correct, but all seems to be kosher now. I really don't want a problem with anyone on here, in any way. I also received the Mace cue today while at work. opened it, and the maple has alot of figuring, it's also in good shape too! I'll play with it tonight, and form my own opinion about it, but thanks to all who replied to my other post asking how they play. I'll give my own opinion later. thanks Joe, as ANOTHER deal went just as expected!!

anybody want to buy a mace? just kidding! I played some tonight with it, and it plays pretty well. I like playing with it, so I'm afraid to break with it more than the three times I did. I'd hate to ruin it. I'll use it for league play mostly, with walls and other things in the way, I'll just break it down. I'll continue to break with my falcon j/b. I put all I have behind that cue, and it just begs for more. I love that cue for breaking. the tip on this mace cue seems hard as steel, but my buddy says it's not the tip...it's the way the cue is built and just makes it seem that way. I respect his opinion, as he's one of the knowledgeable better players in my city.

I asked Bob DZ about this and he says it's more than likely the tip. he says the jump/ break section should make no major change in the way the cue hits.
