What happens if a shooter shoots a ball, pockets the ball, but follows in with the cueball. I know its a one point penalty, but is the ball spotted?

What happens if two balls went in and the same happend with the cueball?

Take in mind he made it in the correct pocket, just followed in with the cueball.

all balls pocketed on a FOUL are spotted up in 14.1. shooter is on a foul and loses a point.
