Suppose there's no referee and you're playing "cue ball fouls only," i.e. you'll replace accidentally moved object balls to the satisfaction of the opponent so long as nothing runs into the moved ball or passes by where the ball was supposed to be.

How do you handle the following situations?

(1) player is bridging over a ball and the obstructing ball moves a bit on the shot.

(2) same as (1) but with a mechanical bridge

(3) same as (1) but on a jump shot

Are you getting at the idea that moving the OB was the only way he could make the shot or gave him a better outcome? If that's the case, I think it should be a foul, but I don't know how you'd call it unless you explained the possibility beforehand (like explaining in advance how you'll interpret ball movement to determine if a double hit occurred).
