Tooled 2x3 Rusty Melton. Had it for several years, not carried much. There is a shaft in it, silver ring in black linen, natural threaded on ferrule, 30" long, my generic longer playing shaft that I built for my cue that did not go with the cue when sold. For 5/16 x 14 piloted, but my joint pilot was a little larger, may have to be turned down to work. Yours with the case!
The case is in excellent condition. The only issue I have found is one rivet on the strap is broken and half of the rivet is gone. I know what it was worth several years ago, but no clue now. How about $1150 shipped. Shoot me a text at 850-819-2083 with any questions.
