I ordered the R020 cue with the OB classic pro shaft from Schmelke Cues about 5 weeks ago. Came in the mail today and I wanted to make a thread on it because their service was great, the cue looks amazing, and I had searched the inter-webs for many months for a detailed review of their cues and pictures but failed to find any. Hopefully this thread will help someone else's decision in the future.
Player Background:
I've played on and off for the past 4 years, no tournaments or leagues other than the ones held at my school. Most serious play I've done is a few bucks a rack lol.

Story:
I initially emailed them asking for the OB2 shaft. They changed their website settings in 2 hours after me emailing (On a sunday mind you...lol). They sent me a notice that they did so and said I could order it as such. I ordered online and realized I wanted the OB classic pro a day later. I called them and they said they would change the order. They warned me that it might take longer than the 4 weeks estimated for the OB2 due to them not having it in stock. They called the past Monday on the 4th week to let me know that they finished it early and wanted to make sure I was going to be home when they shipped it because they estimated 6 to 8 weeks.
I had called once about 2 weeks in to make sure they got the order correct because I didn't see it changed online. They were very friendly and it was probably one of the most pleasant experiences I've had purchasing something online.
The rosewood is slightly darker than what the pictures make it out to be. It might also be the monitor I'm using. I'm going to go play it later tonight to see how I like it but I suspect I will enjoy the shaft since I've shot with it before.
Only "review" I can do on this is that the customer service was great and the cue came out looking fantastic. I wanted something quality and simple; that is what I got.
