It resembles an SL8 as previously stated, but the butt inlays are different. You could get them custom ordered different or the factory played around with variations as the run went on. From what I can tell it looks like a mid to late 90's cue.
I am by no means an expert, I just have a soft spot in my heart for Schon cues.

I think its a newer version of the older SP 47,
which had that same design, except that the inlays were Mother Of Pearl Notched diamonds
