I have a nice schon that I can't get the weight bolt out.
3 other people have tried, but it wont budge. It is metal not alluminum.
Do you have any suggestions? Could it be glued in.

If you think that it is glued in then you can take a soldering iron and heat the bolt up a little. This should make the glue release and be able to turn out.

Schon cues glue the weight bolts in when the cues are built. I've owned a few different Schon cues over the years and i've removed the weight bolts in some of them without much trouble, but i've run into a couple that I had to heat the bolt like this post states to get the glue to release in order to remove the bolt. A soldering iron is the easier way to heat the bolt and not damage the cue. I'd also suggest that you use the appropriate size screw driver that fits the slot in the bolt correctly to avoid damaging the head of the weight bolt. Just heat the bolt and it will come out.
