Scott Mann from Georgia

Does anybody in Georgia know Scott.He lived near Gonzales LA in or around the early 90's.
He's a good dude and he played pretty sporty back then.
Knowing Scott I would think he still plays,but I can't remember what part of Georgia he is from.Maybe Stone Mnt.?
He would be in his late 40's now, I hope he is well.
