Scruggs - Another eBay Scam?!

Okay fellow posters...heads up! This is listed as a one day auction. Location says UK, but user registered in France, and all the feedback is in french...I can't read it.
Just take a look and see if this belongs to anyone here. Pics are from Scot's site.

Well, now all the bids that were there are gone.

And it says "The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale"

Maybe they are monitoring this forum...I don't remember the BIN being there before either.
