Going to try and make this one! What hotels are close and good in the area? We are planning to make a road trip to the East so this will work out great for my wife and I to revisit some areas we could not visit while in the service.

Do a mapquest and it should show some motels close to that address.

Thanks, but I guess I should have said in a safe area. Not meaning to down grade any community but as everyone knows there are areas that you don't venture into!

There are several hotels in the area within a 4 mile radius. Here are a few of the ones we suggest.

America's Best Value Inn: 615-859-2861
Baymont: 615-859-1771
Comfort Suites: 615-448-2100

If you prefer a motel with more ammenities there are a total of 19 motels within a 10 mile radius. For more information please feel free to contact us. (615)-868-4270.

I believe that if you try one of the hotels that The Wolf suggested you will find that they are in good areas and are economically priced.

We refuse to endorse any hotel, that we feel, might have you driving into a "bad section of town".

Thank for the info! My wife is looking into making the reservations! Have you had a seniors tournament in the past and what kind of turn out. Just curious, its a long drive from Texas to play in a 20 man field. Hopefully you will have a good showing.

Ahh...yet another tournament listed without including State/City in the subject line.

Hopefully the OP will do a better job of organizing the event than he's doing with a simple forum post.

I can read a bit. How's your comprehension? :)
The very first post had everything you have to know about the tournament. State, city, cost of entry. You must have had your eyes closed while reading.

Probably better than yours since I keep reading the entire post. Most post don't include all the info in the subject line. No big deal. Senior moment.

Actually, very few tournament listings don't include state/city in the subject line. Even seniors should be able to manage something this simple:

Madison, TN, Senior Amateur Open Tournament

1st page 8 of 25 don't include state/city in the subject. You can now manage to list those unless it's too complicated. Will give you something to do that's really simple.
