Serious Question~~~~~

here is a serious question,to which i do not know the answer to,thus i propose it to the forum, check this out~~~~
is it legal for the ipt which by all intense purposes,is over now,are they allowed to run commercials on VERSUS saying, join up, and win big money garenteed? that is the question,aren't they ~~~over extending themselfs and treding in deep water, if you will?

In my limited experience, and I invite anyone else to chime in on this, as far as criminal charges, proving intent beyond a reasonable doubt is the big issue. For instance, a few bounced checks would not be enough to prove intent, but a check written from a closed or non existent account would be.

It would be relatively easy, after the fact, to establish that the company was spending beyond their means, however, to the extent that they are running up debt that they have no intention of paying is a difficult thing to prove. It would likely require the direct testimony of one of the participants.

Again, anyone else with any debt collection experience want to add to this, please feel free.
