I've got a great breaking shaft I like to use, but the diameter at the joint end is a whole mm smaller than the butt joint. Stainless joint piece on the butt is quite sharp when it hits my bridge hand during the follow through. Anyone ever "add diameter" to a shaft? I'm trying tape and spay laquer. Looks horrible but it may work. Ideas? Thanks.
