Shaft Diameter at the joint

what is the diameter of a shaft at the joint. like at the tip its around 13, but what is it at the joint? also what is the diameters of the joint on the forearm and the very end of the cue near the butcap? please please reply asap! thank you

Joint is around .840 to .850 + or - about .010. The butt cap around 1.250 + or - maybe .020
You find most all steel joints to be .840
In general most cue makers fall around those numbers.
