Assuming proper care(no sanding allowed,not left in car,etc.) what would be the life of a quality shaft that was used 2-4 hours daily before needing a replacement?Thanks,M.S.

Quality shaft ? With good care ? From 10 years to forever I guess. Also depends if you are likely to make dents in the shaft. And if your shaft is getting worse, never hurts to take the shaft to a cuemaker for a refinish.
