Shaft rattle sound

Hello.
I have a Tiger Ultra X shaft with 15/16x14 joint. Couple days ago I saw when I unscrewed the cue some wood sawdust from shaft joint hole, today I shaked the shaft and it have a rattle sound, something is moving inside.

Do you have any ideas what that could be? How can I fix it? I'm thinking to put some epoxy inside joint with a syringe.

The insert has come loose. Have a competent repair person or cue maker fix it for you.

I was able to see with a flashlight what is inside of the shaft. It was a small piece of compressed sawdust, that makes the sound, I smashed that piece of dust and no sound anymore.
