I just got a new Carolina Cues with 2 shafts.
It plays great with both shafts, but I quickly determined the "A" shaft.
Weighed them today, the A shaft is 4.1 oz, the B shaft is 3.6 oz.
I've noticed this phenomenon before.
Assuming identical tapers/specs, will the heavier shaft play better more often than the lighter one?
Or could this be a case of playing better with a more forward weighted cue?
Maybe we need come up with a scale for forward weighting like the swing weight of a golf club.
