Shaft work needed

Just wondering what it would cost someone to put my rings (5) from an old Huebler cue onto a tiger x shaft blank that I have. Also will need a nylon insert put into cue that I can provide as well. Any help is appreciated.

I can match the shaft collar without using the old collars, including the nylon insert, for $45.
