Starting the day out at 8-4, Shane came out trying to keep momentum, but Tony quickly went up 5-2 on the day to minimize Shane’s lead to just 1 game. A costly mistake from Tony helped Shane to secure that rack plus a few more eventually getting to a score of 13-9 in Shane’s favor. That awoke the dinosaur in Tony, and T-Rex put on an absolute clinic including an incredible safety battle that extended one rack to almost 2 hours gaining him his first lead in the match, then continuing the show, and putting him on the hill for the day at 15-13. The “South Dakota kid” grinded his way back to make it hill-hill on the day. At 15-15 Tony made one mistake and SVB with the precision of a surgeon, dissected the rack and stole the day!
